About the Presidential Health Compact

The Presidential Health Compact is a collaborative agreement between the South African government and key health sector stakeholders to strengthen the country's healthcare system and work towards universal health coverage.

This reporting and monitoring tool enables organizations to submit their quarterly reports on progress made against the compact's commitments, particularly focusing on Pillar 8: Engagement and Empowerment of the Community for Community-Based Care.

By participating in this initiative, your organization contributes to the national effort to improve healthcare access, quality, and outcomes for all South Africans.

Complete the comprehensive form to report on your organization's progress

Compact Pillars

The Presidential Health Compact is structured around 10 key pillars:

Note: While organizations may report on any pillar, Pillar 8 is compulsory for all participating organizations.

Current Reporting Period

Quarter 4 (2024 - 2025)

The current reporting period is for Quarter 4 of the 2024-2025 financial year. Reports must be submitted by March 31, 2025.
